设施及行政管理(F&A) costs are those that are incurred for sponsored programs operating expenses and costs that cannot be readily associated with a single 项目、帐户或交易. F&A rates for educational institutions are reviewed and approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) every four to five years.
